The WatchDog is designed so that batteries can be charged and stored inside it. The charging cables are routed to the outside through a flame-resistant opening. In the event of a battery fire, the pressure inside can escape to the outside. This happens through the upper ventilation holes, and at the same time, the smoke is filtered so that no harmful substances escape to the outside. Temperatures inside the box can reach up to 800°C in the event of a fire. Thanks to the box's special insulation, the bottom and side walls reach a maximum temperature of 80°C. The escaping gas does not exceed 150°C. When charging the battery in the box, the maximum charge size must not be exceeded. It is also important to note that only one battery should be charged at a time.
