Returns
You can return products bought from us within the allowed return period of 14 days.

Returns Procedure
If there is any doubt about whether a product can be returned according to the right of return described above, please take note of the points below in order to avoid having to pay compensation.
- Please return items in the original packaging. This includes product labels and the like.
- Please return the product in its entirety - including all the delivery contents.
- Please pack the returned goods appropriately.
- Please ensure that the returned goods are undamaged and clean.
- Please note that we do not accept returns of the following products:
Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal requirements (e.g. embossed, engraved, customised, custom fitting).
Items can be returned by a shipping company or free of charge in an Umbrail Golf Import shop.
We ask you to enclose the delivery note or purchase receipt. This allows us to identify your order.
After the goods have been received, Umbrail Golf Import will check the return and decide whether it is in perfect condition and whether a credit note (or, if desired, an exchange) can be given. Your payment will be refunded within 5 days via the same payment method as the original payment.

Return or exchange in store
Eligible items can be returned free of charge in an Umbrail Golf Import shop. Please provide proof of purchase so we can identify your order.
Please note that any refunds will be made via the same payment method as your original payment and not in the form of cash.
