The PXG® Allan™ putter's breakthrough Zero Torque Balance™ technology eliminates the torsional forces that conventional putters exert on the grip during putting. This allows golfers to more easily keep the club face square through impact, regardless of individual putting style or skill level.
An innovative S-shaped hosel positions the shaft axis directly over the center of gravity of the club head. This design provides a toe-up balance point, increases stability and prevents the club face from twisting relative to the putting motion.
The thin-walled hollow construction of the club head shifts the mass to the outer edge of the putter, resulting in a high moment of inertia (MOI) relative to the head size. The proprietary S COR™ material, an extremely lightweight polymer, is injected into the inner cavity and dampens sound and vibration at impact. This structure allows PXG to realize the thinnest putter face in golf at 0.055 inches, which significantly increases the club head's forgiveness.
The Pyramid Face Pattern, an aggressively milled pattern, creates the soft sound of an insert putter while maintaining the responsive feel of a solid milled putter. The density of the pyramids supports consistent interaction with the dimples of the golf ball for improved launch and roll characteristics, while the geometry of the pyramids delivers a satisfying sound.
Precision Weighting Technology in the clubhead allows for additional player adjustments to achieve the preferred overall weight of the clubhead.
In addition, the Allan Putter features a new Pick Up Pocket™ that makes it easier for golfers to pick up the golf ball on the green.
