The greater toe hang of the heel-shafted Scottsdale TEC mallet is designed to provide optimal support for players with a strong-arc stroke. Combined with Eye Q technology, a long alignment line and two short lines at ball width help stabilize and better center the player’s gaze before the stroke. The forgiving mallet design weighs 365g and can be customized to meet individual loft and lie requirements. The PEBAX insert ensures a soft, responsive feel at impact.
FOR STRAIGHT STROKES
As with all PING putters, the center of gravity in the Scottsdale TEC Ally Blue Onset is behind the shaft axis to ensure the CG is pulled through the stroke for stability and less twisting while preserving the torque and dynamic feel of straight-stroke model
EYE Q ALIGNMENT SYSTEM
Inspired by eye-tracking research, this new alignment technology provides a distinct focal point on the top rail of the Scottsdale TEC putters. By combining a focal point with a long alignment line, the design helps naturally quiet a player's eye before the stroke, making it easier to center and maintain a stable gaze at the critical moment.
RESPONSIVE FEEL
A one-piece PEBAX insert provides a soft and responsive feel with a pleasing sound in the Scottsdale TEC putters. This desired feel from the lightweight, high-energy-return compound leads to improved distance control and consistency.
